What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 28 days of purchase. We currently do not offer exchanges, please return it and place another order. We do not offer free returns so the postage costs will need to be covered by you. We recommend using a tracked service for your own protection with delivery confirmation. Please note that the products are your own responsibility until they have arrived with us.

Do you sell gift cards?

We don't sell gift cards currently but if this is something you would be interested in please use the contact form below to contact us.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept most card payments and paypal.

What is your delivery policy?

We send all UK parcels by Royal Mail first class signed for. All international parcels are sent Royal Mail International tracked and signed. You will receive a confirmation email when your items are on the way along with a tracking number.

Some deliveries outside of the UK and EU will incur import taxes and/or customs duties. Unfortunately this is out of our control and you will be required to settle these yourself.
